Cultivating trust allows for precise attention to detail and a developed treatment plan. In addition to her National Training work with top aesthetic industry leaders, Meredith also provides private, in lab educational training for aesthetic professionals seeking advanced training and techniques.  She serves as a key opinion leader among aesthetic professionals and is a regular contributor and presenter at industry conferences.

Alicia Mancini, PAC, brings passion for and knowledge of aesthetics to Skin CoLAB. Prior to relocating to Michigan, Alicia spent many years of her career training and working on the East Coast, most notably in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Division at Yale in New Haven, CT.

Alicia has extensive experience in injectable treatments, laser technologies, and microneedling and has been trained by the top injectors in the industry.

Alicia brings a warm + friendly approach to every one of her patients and you will appreciate the level of care and detail you have come to know at Skin CoLAB. 

Jennifer Gates, NP-BC, brings a fresh perspective to Skin CoLab’s aesthetic practice. From battling acne in her youth, she understands the significance of medical-grade skincare and routine treatments. With over 13 years of acute care experience as a neonatal nurse practitioner, Jen seamlessly integrates precise procedural skills into her passion for aesthetic medicine.

Holding a degree from Michigan State University + Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University, Jen is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Following a rigorous aesthetic apprenticeship at Skin CoLAB under the guidance of Meredith Kent, PA-C, a National Trainer and top industry leader, Jen is well-prepared to offer detailed and excellent care to her patients. Something she has already done for over a decade. 

Beyond her professional expertise, Jen finds joy in educating patients and creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each individual’s best self.

Alicia Hope brings her professional experience and deep expertise in medical aesthetics to Skin CoLAB  after relocating from the Pacific Northwest. Her passion for patient care shines through in every interaction, ensuring guests experience the utmost luxury and trust in their treatment. With Alicia Hope, you'll find a dedicated advocate committed to delivering the highest standards of care that you have grown to love and expect at Skin CoLAB.

Kendall provides exceptional treatments with high-quality, science-backed skincare products and techniques. As a Licensed Aesthetician, Kendall believes in the value of healthy, glowing skin.  Driven by her love of education and client outcomes, Kendall offers personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens tailored to your goals. Whether you need a bridal consultation, a skincare regimen revamp, or any other skincare support, Kendall is here for you.

Ellie has a passion for skin care, retail + hospitality.  As Client Coordinator, Ellie identifies products + regimens that are up + coming game changers.  Coupled with her eye for product, Ellie has a passion for detail + client experience.  Every time you walk through the doors of SCL, you will feel the fine touch point she has set for you.

Kelsie brings an exciting energy to Skin CoLAB. As a Client Coordinator, Kelsie is a joyful + knowledgeable resource for any guests that walks into our space.  Whether it is your first visit, or you are an established guest our focus is to provide you with exceptional service every step of the way.  Kelsie takes exceptional service to heart.

Known for her hospitality, Elizabeth elevates the Skin CoLAB experience. She is passionate about customer service, follow through + relationships. These qualities coupled with Elizabeth’s vast knowledge of products + services help to guide guests every step of the way. She is so excited to welcome you to Skin CoLAB.

Angie has a love for aesthetics + the guests that walk through the doors of Skin CoLAB. Angie believes that delivering the best client experience starts with a strong, confident team that leads with the highest level of education and training. In addition to industry experience, Angie holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and well respected amongst her peers for her extensive work in public relations, media and marketing strategy. Angie lives by the golden rule and as a guest at Skin CoLAB, you will always feel that kindness shine.

Dr. DeHaan completed his medical training at Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois.  Following completion of a general surgery residency and a hand surgery fellowship, Dr. DeHaan completed his plastic surgery residency and an additional fellowship in hand and microsurgery. 

Dr. DeHaan has served a s a clinical professor in the surgery department in the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University and a s a mentor to residents and staff.  Skin CoLAB is pleased to enjoy the wisdom Dr DeHaan shares as collaborating physician.
